THE LOCUST PHILOSOPHY

"The Locusts have no king, yet go they forth all of them by bands;" - Proverbs 30:27

With challenges anticipated on our way in line of accomplishing our mission, we are encouraged by the Locust's philosophy of Discipline, Dedication, Determination and Dependability.

About Us

Behind the Scenes

We are a non-profit organisation working in Alavanyo in the Volta region and other rural parts of Ghana. We believe every child should have full access to quality education, adequate literacy and numeracy skills, and also help reduce at least by half the proportion of men, women, and children of all ages living in poverty in all its dimensions according to national definitions.

Our team works tirelessly each day to contribute their part to the greater good.

Mission

Fueling Passions

Here at Locust Foundation, we are driven by a single mission; to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and lifelong learning opportunities for all and help underprivileged families come out of poverty for a sustainable development.

Vision

A Distinct Foresight

To groom a community of educated individuals empowered with the skills to live a sustainable independent life.

Our Valued Partners

Helping us Soar

We create strategic partnership with friendly and like-minded organisations both home and abroad in the fields of technical and financial assistance with the aim of effectively executing our programs.
